Personal Data shall be processed by The Western Anatolia Free Zone Development and Operating Co. (“BASBAŞ”), as Data Controller, within the framework of the Law no 6698 on Protection of Personal Data Protection Law (“Law”).

Purpose of Processing Personal Data

Below personal data are processed after filling out the BASBAŞ Web Site Communication Form;

Subject, Name, Surname, E-Mail, Company Name, Phone, Country, How did you find out about us and message data are processed for the purposes of; receiving and assessing the customer and potential customer feedback, our products and services and promotion and marketing activities of Western Anatolia Free Zone,  fulfillment notification requirements for legal departments, conference and seminar organizations for information purposes, fulfillment of social responsibility activities and answering inquiries and questions submitted via form.

Parties to Whom Personal Data Are Transferred and Purposes of Transfer

BASBAŞ may transfer the personal data to Operational departments of BASBAŞ, as well as legally authorized institutions and organizations in conformity with the basic principles set forth by the Law and within the framework of the conditions and purposes of processing personal data as stipulated in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law to serve the below objectives: 

• Giving information to the relevant institutions and organizations as per the requirements of the law,
• Giving information about the investment opportunities of the Zone, Marketing Activities, Answering inquiries and meeting the requests

Method of Collecting Personal Data and Cause of Action

Personal data collected via online electronic form may be partially and automatically processed provided that this processing is necessary for the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller and shall not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, as stipulated in Article 5 of the Law.

Right of Personal Data Owners

Please submit any requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law which regulates the “rights of the relevant people” in writing to BASBAŞ Western Anatolia Free Zone Development and Operating Co. addressed at Aşağıkırıklar Mah. 1 Bul.
